How Do Krispy Kreme Smiles Work?
You earn Smiles on all your Krispy Kreme spending. You earn 10 Smiles/£1 Spent in store, online or using Krispy Kreme Cabinets.
If you’re using a cabinet (eg. when you’re shopping at Tesco), you’ll see a letter and number code (not the box barcode) under the front flap of the box. Once you’ve bought your Krispy Kreme, you can head into the Krispy Kreme Rewards app, tap ‘Box Codes & Receipts’ and enter the code. It may take 15 minutes to appear in your account so don’t worry if the Smiles don’t appear right away.
You can’t currently earn Smiles when you buy Krispy Kreme through UberEats, Deliveroo or JustEat.
If you were previously a Friends of Krispy Kreme member your account will have been switched to the new programme. Your membership number and existing offers will have been transferred into Smiles.
Find your nearest Krispy Kreme using the UK Store Locator.
